Clinical review
[DRAFT] Your form is reviewed in confidence by Dr. Pia Pechtel and the 3Trees clinical team. Only people directly involved in intake see what you share.

A response within five business days
[DRAFT] You can expect to hear back within five business days. If 3Trees is not the right fit right now, we will say so honestly and offer suggestions where we can.

A confidential conversation
[DRAFT] If we move forward, the next step is a gentle phone or video conversation to understand what is going on and decide together whether 3Trees is the right next step.
