Ben Erickson

Ben has 15 years of senior management experience in manufacturing and supply chain logistics. His expertise includes operational and planning oversight, working with Lean and Six Sigma teams, and collaborating with market research groups focused on consumer trend analysis. He is also skilled in graphic and website design.

Ben has accumulated 20 years of operational and planning experience across diverse business environments. He has partnered with businesses to analyze, plan, and implement restructuring initiatives that drive cost savings and improve profitability. Proficient in various software suites, he learns quickly and identifies areas for improvement across new roles. While his expertise lies primarily in supply chain and manufacturing logistics, his skills apply across a wide range of industries. He currently serves as Supply Chain Manager at Talius, a manufacturer of shading and security solutions based in Salmon Arm, BC, and is pursuing his MBA in Logistics and Supply Chain Management at the Australian Institute of Business.

Ben believes it is every person’s responsibility to drive change and contribute to their communities. Drawing on his prior experience with other non-profits, he is honored to be part of the work 3Trees Okanagan is doing.
