Morgan combines an analytical mind and humanitarian heart to ensure impact and profitability flourish. Morgan has a gift to effortlessly see how concepts and dreams can be brought to life. Inspired by consciousness, she’s honest and provides structure while co-creating fresh approaches.
Morgan has experience guiding social impact organizations as part of her Entrepreneur In Residence role at Purppl, leading portfolio relations and impact reporting for Thrive Impact Fund, and through work with other values-aligned organizations like U Grow Girl.
Her approach is informed by past experiences in fundraising and leading Emergent Response at United Way, partnership development and project management at the United Nations, and project and data analysis at the World Bank. She also spent several years as a finance manager producing financial models and statements to inform firm expansion, growth forecasts, and risk mitigation in the strategic management sector. She holds an MBA in International Finance.
