Nick Schmidt

Nick is Director of Strategic Enablement at The Mullings Group, an executive search firm in medtech, healthtech, and biotech. He works on growing the firm’s non-medtech practice and partners with senior leadership to align people, processes, and priorities.

Before joining The Mullings Group, Nick spent five years at Lochaven Consulting in Vernon as an Economic Development and Management Consultant. He led economic development strategies and projects across Canada for all three levels of government, businesses, and non-profits.

Nick holds a BSc in Biochemistry from the University of British Columbia and an MBA in Finance from the Australian Institute of Business. In his free time, Nick enjoys the Okanagan lifestyle with his wife and two dogs.
