Nicole Sullivan
Nicole is a Family Support and Youth Worker with Splatsin Stsmamlt Services. She is dedicated to supporting children, youth, and families through trauma-informed, culturally safe, and strengths-based care.
Nicole has experience in harm reduction, crisis intervention, advocacy, and community outreach. She previously worked as a Harm Reduction Peer Support Worker with the Okanagan Indian Band.
She is currently completing her Human Service Worker Diploma at Thompson Rivers University, with plans to pursue a Bachelor of Social Work. Nicole is passionate about building resilience and helping families thrive.
